ADDIE (Instructional Design)




Analysis Phase

 Problem: 
  •       How we will improve the celebration  for the nutrition month.
 Audience:
  •              All students
Objectives:
  •    Improve delivery of the subject matter;
  •    Access to healthy foods at school, work, and in the community.
  •    To Motivate to motivate students to eat healthy foods.
  •    To cater the needs and Knowledge about nutrition.
Delivery Options:
  •              Classroom showcasing of the presentation output.
  •         Online posting and viewing of the presentation output.


Design Phase

      Learning Objectives:

          a.       To improve lesson comprehension and to know more about nutrition
          b.      Arouse and maintain the interest, attention and participation of the students for them.
    c.   To have knowledge about nutrition.
   
      Media Selection:

          a.       Youtube.com
          b.      google.com
          c.       wikipedia.com
          d.      Nationalgeographic.com
          e.       Blogspot.com
    f.       Facebook.com

      Design:

  •   Font size should be 16-18 for titles and 12-14 for texts
  •   Insertion of animations, videos, pictures and media should have a purpose
  •   Follow 3C: correct, current and complete in creating the material and gathering resources
  •   Observe citation
  •   If posted in the net; it shouldn’t take too much time to load and is efficient as possible.


Development Phase

  •      Gathering and sorting of valid and credible information, references resource, and researching.
  •       Creation of the presentation based on the criteria to be observed.
  •      Selection of the programs, media, content and materials to be used

Implementation Phase

           Facilitators Training:
  •          Review all the content and arrangement of the subject matter in the document and PowerPoint presentation.
              The preparation for the learners:

               If classroom based:
                        Ø  Ensuring of the LCD, laptop and the room to be used.
               If internet based:
                        Ø  Ensuring the accessibility of the storage or viewing site hosting the powerpoint and       document presentation.



Evaluation Phase

  
  •     Perform a diagnostic and summative evaluation on the learners or students through activities
  •       Perform a diagnostic, formative and summative evaluation on the facilitators through an interview.
  •      Ask an expert  regarding the presentation made.
